We are a growing service company providing snow removal, lawn care, and general property maintenance services. Our team is committed to reliability, efficiency, and high-quality work across all services we offer.

We are seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our team on a per-job basis. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks, primarily including snow removal and lawn care services. Work is assigned based on job availability and may be offered through a shift-claiming system.

Perform snow removal duties, including shovelling, salting, and clearing walkways and driveways

Complete lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general yard maintenance

Operate basic landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients

Ensure all assigned work is completed to company standards

Compensation is usually provided on a per-job basis

Job opportunities are distributed as fairly as possible among team members

Some jobs may be offered on a first-come, first-served (shift-claiming) basis

Work availability may vary depending on season and demand

Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (GDL or Non-GDL)

Reliable access to a vehicle at all times

Willingness to transport across the Edmonton Metropolitan Area

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Training will be provided to all successful candidates
